Steps on how to make payment for the chosen prototype
  1. You either come to our office in Canaanland for the Policy Agreement Form collection (If you are not able to physically come and pick the Policy Agreement form from our office, please contact us. We will send it to your email address) or check your mail and follow the instruction sent by us
  2. Go through the information therein, complete your portion and submit same in our office as soon as you are done or click to accept policy (if online)
  3. If the hard copy of your completed policy agreement form is brought to our office, you will be instantly given payment information and you can now proceed to make payment
  4. If you are accepting the policy agreement form online, then you will be qualified to access our payment details page and you can now proceed to make payment using the information therein.
  5. Check the Bank's name and the corresponding account details for your chosen prototype
Payment Plans
One Year Plan
  • 35% as initial deposit/ commitment fee.
    (If for example you pay this 35% in January, the next payment is due in April)
  • 30% to be paid not later than three months after the initial deposit.
    (If you pay this 30% in April, the next payment is due in July)
  • 20% to be paid not later than three (3) months after the 2nd installment.
    (If you pay this 20% in July, the next payment is due in October)
  • 10% to be paid not later than three (3) months after the 3rd installment.
    If you pay this 10% in October, the next and final payment is due in November.
  • The Final 5% to be paid not later than 1 month after the 4th installment.


    1. There shall be no handover of keys until the completion of full payment of the apartment.
    2. A purchaser shall have a grace period of one month to make payment after the due date for each installment.
    3. A Purchaser shall have a grace period of three months after the due date of the last installment to complete payment.
    4. The Purchaser would be moved to the two years payment plan in the event of a default after the three months grace period. This implies that:
      • The price for the Purchaser’s chosen prototype automatically changes from that of one year plan to 2 years plan.
      • All terms and conditions automatically change from one year plan to 2 years plan.
      • The outstanding payment will be spread over the one year that is remaining.
Two Years Plan
  • 20% as initial deposit /commitment fee
    (If for example you pay this 20% in January, the next payment is due in April)
  • 10% to be paid not later than 3 months after the initial deposit.
    (If you pay this 10% in April, the next payment is due in July)
  • 10% to be paid not later than 3 months after the 2nd installment.
    (If you pay this 10% in July, the next payment is due in October)
  • 10% to be paid not later than 3 months after the 3rd installment.
    (If you pay this 10% in October, the next payment is due in January)
  • 10% to be paid not later than 3 months after the 4th installment.
    (If you pay this 10% in January, the next payment is due in April)
  • 10% to be paid not later than 3 months after the 5th installment.
    (If you pay this 10% in April, the next payment is due in July)
  • 10% to be paid not later than 3 months after the 6th installment.
    (If you pay this 10% in July, the next payment is due in October)
  • 10% to be paid not later than 3 months after the 7th installment.
    If you pay this 10% in October, the next and final payment is due in December.
  • The final 10% to be paid not later than 2 months after the 8th installment.


    1. There shall be no handover of keys until the completion of full payment of the apartment.

Three Years Plan
  • 20% as initial deposit/commitment fee.
    ( If for example you pay this 20% in January, the next payment is due in May)
  • 10% to be paid not later than 4 months after the initial deposit.
    (If you pay this 10% in May, the next payment is due in September)
  • 10% to be paid not later than 4 months after the 2nd installment.
    (If you pay this 10% in September, the next payment is due in January)
  • 10% to be paid not later than 4 months after the 3rd installment.
    (If you pay this 10% in January, the next payment is due in May)
  • 10% to be paid not later than 4 months after the 4th installment.
    (If you pay this 10% in May, the next payment is due in September)
  • 10% to be paid not later than 4 months after the 5th installment.
    (If you pay this 10% in September, the next payment is due in January)
  • 10% to be paid not later than 4 months after the 6th installment
    (If you pay this 10% in January, the next payment is due in May)
  • 10% to be paid not later than 4 months after the 7th installment.
    If you pay this 10% in May, the next and final payment is due in September.
  • The final 10% to be paid not later than 4 months after the 8th installment.

    4. The Purchaser would forfeit his allocation in the event of a default after the grace period of four months.
    5. After forfeiture, the Developer shall refund the amount paid by the Purchaser without interest subject to deduction of verifiable cost if any, that may be incurred by the project Developer.
    6. The refund shall be made as soon as a new Allottee takes over the allocation of the defaulting Allotee.
    7. A purchaser can switch over to either a one year payment plan or a 2 years payment plan at any given time subject to the availability of apartments for allocation.

      The Developers don't have access to your deposited money in the bank. Money will only be disbursed to them (the Developers) upon performance. In other words, the Developers use their money first and money will now be disbursed to them based on what is done. The Church and the Bankers have tidied this aspect up.
